Hols Almost Over

I'm finally here to update. June hols almost over. I don't think anyone is looking forward to school, especially me X_X have not finished holiday hw yet hmm. Been playing Oblivion and Dekaron lately. Oblivion is fun. This is the first game I played where you can just go around doing pretty much whatever you want(just be prepared for penalties) and part of the reason why I like it so much is because there are multiple ways to get something done. It's not one of those games you can just sit down and finish in a few hours. Dekaron and Oblivion both have really nice graphics which makes them a lot more enjoyable. Rice Dumpling Day

Long time no post!
Hi people, I'm sure all of you know that the 端午节 or Rice dumpling day to me, is just over. Let me show you the details of wrapping a rice dumpling!

Firstly, you wash the leaves. Be careful, the sides can cut!

Then, you prepare the ingredients! Meat, mushroom and chestnuts, yum...

Of course, next is the glutinous rice, already mixed with grinded shrimps and fried onion. 4 whole kilograms, it's really heavy!(Erm, in case you forgot, please wash the rice!)

Sounds easy? Try it yourself and you'll be surprised how long it takes!
For now, I'll wait for the rice dumplings to be cooked, *takes a deep sniff*, smells good! None of your share hahax =)

Ok i havent been posting for a really really long time lol. I have some food to recommend as well. Been eating at MOF quite a lot, both at the Lot1 and Suntec branches. For those of you who like japanese food, I recommend the Unagi bento. It's really good and i think the portion is just right. Enough to fill(and leave room for their kakigori) but not too much. A nice accompaniment would be the chocolate kakigori for dessert. The strawberry and lemon ones are pretty good as well. that's all i have to say. No pics sorry :/

It's watermelon juice n beehoon with curry veggies from B1 of Lot One! All this for only $3, not bad for lunch!!

Got tired of eating black sesame paste... 5th week eating it, n still more coming up! Decided for some changes n ate Black Sesame Snow Ice from the dessert stall, tastes juz like ice-cream, but Black Sesame flavour?! Juz seems a lil weird, but great for some cooling sensation!

How does this pic look? Sorry the pic's tilted once again! Its the "garden" at the basement of my HDB flat, not bad huh? Been wondering why there are wild flowers in the supposed lake instead of water, hmmm...

Sorry its tilted! Recognize whose hand this is? *Drumroll* Yes, its T.o.a.o.a!! hahax, eating today with her at lot one =) Prata w sausage was first on the list, couple's set!! Then we had dessert, her with Ice Kacang (seen above) and me, red bean soup. Lastly, we had Kway Chap together, delicious!!

Ewww...what's this!? This happens to be Black Sesame Paste I've been eating, cause its supposed to make hair black, and as most ppl knows, I have a lot of white hair!!! If it works I'll tell ya, but for know let's eat our way to black hair day!! Tastes great, yummm...

Another dessert I ate for three days straight, Tau Suan! Try it out, easy to cook too, join me some day in eating it!!

In this holiday, what would you do?

To play games, to hang around aimlessly, to watch movies, to do your work, to sleep/laze around, to gather for an outing, to revise & study or simply to stare into space?

Hope that everyone would treasure this time, to relax and finish revision.
As for myself, playing Neopets(how outdated can I be!), lazing around, and revision would take the tops, perhaps some reading too! Tell me anytime you need a timetable, I would be too glad to help!

P.s. Sorry for forgetting to send you the timetable 0990! It's on its way!
Btw MG#2, I ate a cheesecake ytd too! It has a chocolate cookie base =) Yum!*licks* Perhaps we should consider selling some too!

I'M FEELING SUPER BORED.
AND I SEEM TO ALMOST FORGET ABOUT THIS BLOG. LOL

Okay anyway.
It's a little late, but how did all the HMT students do for their 'O' Levels Express Chinese?
I did average-ly okay. lol
At least I could answer most of the questions! (But getting it correct is another problem)

By the way.
Yesterday I went to my friend's house to make Strawberry Cheese Cake!
And seriously, it tastes NICENICENICENICENICE!
Especially the base of the cake is super crunchyyyyy!
But you know it was supposed to be refrigerated for 6 hours.
But I took it home only after 3 hours because it's already very late.
In the end my filling for the cheese cake melted.
But you know when it melted, all three slices of the cake layered together so nicely!
And it could still be saved when I took it home and stuffed it into my freezer. (:

Next time I'll post the picture for the cake!(Coz my computer is acting wierd o_o)

To be honest, i'm pretty nervous about the upcoming SPA tests. Bio tomorrow and chem on fri hmph. I've never actually managed to open a visking tubing without at least tearing it a little before. and well, i don't have a good history with pipettes either meh. I hate coconut trees!

It's been quite relaxing for a period of time since the EOYs.
For me, today's a wreck!
I woke up at, 5.50am, 6am, 6.30am, 8am, 8.30am respectively,
firstly my alarm rang, then my sis' alarm rang, then the phone rang, then again woken up by my bro (finding a thermometer), then lastly, being dragged out of bed to accompany my grandmother to the polyclinic.
I slept at 2.30am the day before, so i really hated this morning, argh what a nightmare!

Well, as you all know, last friday Adila fractured her ankle. It seems pretty bad and she'll be on MC for the entire week. So, on behalf of the shareholders and partners of Ah Heng Coffeeshop, get well soon Adila :)
